Without notice, it is already 2 years for me in this FC.. Time passed quite fast with good and not so good memory but i still felt it is fun to manage this FC^_^.. I meet a lot helpful peeps in this fc which support me and the FC which I felt satisfied.. The idea which I used to my "experiment" in this unknown world to me last time is quite pay off, which is our current's fc vision, mission and objective.. So ya I believe we will keep moving as long there is supports from peeps and eventually we will become the most favorable casual fc to join in tonberry ^_^..
Our previous airship project is to build all 4 airships which have achieved and now we move into next project which is to build moogle fc house to All Star.. It is undergoing now and I believe before 20 Nov, our FC house will transform to a cute n beautiful Moogle FC house^_^.. It is all thanks to our crafters and gatherers like Miraku senpai, Kingx senpai, Nathell senpai and etc to help with it /clap..
Plans like improving relationship between peeps in fc, we got fc gathering and games for it.. So i think it is good to attend to this event once a month to know ur peeps in this fc better, since you join the FC I'm sure you all want a convenient place to play.. For the event like this we got Lethal senpai to organize and assistants like Nathell senpai, Kana senpai, Rrphil senpai and etc..
For content/duty advice, actually we got a lot senpais to give advice but we got a specific senpai for this position which is Kurumi senpai, our coming fc advisor^.^.. Kurumi said would like to help with duty so please dun be shy and try to message Kurumi senpai.. If Kurumi senpai not online, pls message other senpai which the ranking can check in FC info tab~!!
Our FC is keep growing or generation transformation with new peeps, so the represent senpais who help to check and maintain our drama-free environment is Dawn senpai and Katia senpai^_^.. If they not online there is other officers like Ueki senpai and etc to look on it^^
As we know there is peeps will quit or leave fc from time to time always (I felt kinda sad since last time but now it have become a normal cycle in fc for me) so we have recruit senpai like Ueki senpai, Kingx senpai and etc to keep our blood in our FC flesh always^_^.. ( I felt like I'm a old blood already??! no~ )
Lol after these all did u all felt "wow" already? Please dont^_^ .. actually we still need more senpais like them to take the initiative to help with FC.. I'm sure you will ask what will i gain from it? Well u will gain more good memories and networks other then clearing the end game only.. So ya there is more meaningful to continue to stay here ^^.. Of course if there is no-good memories, please take it as an experience and continue on (oh ya, point to myself)
oh ya it is not only FC’s operation support but we also received items or gils donation from peeps^_^ contribution definitely help FC on long term growth as there is always new stuffs coming up, of course we want to see our FC keep up to the trend~!!
So for these 2 years, thanks to all peeps who support and contribute to All Star Free Company ~!!

8 ) ALL★STAR - Present & Future Hi All Star's Peeps^^, today i'm going to talk a bit about allstar's present and future~ As u all know, i'm not so active in FFXIV these days because of my current hectic life.. It does not mean i'm quitting ffxiv but i still try my best to online to do stuffs.
I also have tried to look for senpais to help over with my duty as fc leader but seems most of the peeps is busy with their own life and game, thus some of the fc's process have halt and didn't "rolling" so actively like last time on some section within the FC. Most of it is on recruiting and some fc activities to improve bonds within the fc. But it does not mean we don't follow our FC's aim as a casual and friendly environment for most casual players.
Well lastly if there is peeps is keen to help to make the fc rolling for present and to the future, please don't hesitate to inform me and honestly we need help on it.. I can't promise u will that you will gain any items as return for the role but i'm sure that you will gain special feelings and achievement as a adventurer a home to return in FFXIV..

9) About ALL★STAR @ Heavensward i think most of the peeps in All Star is busy leveling n other stuffs.. there is fun time or hard time while doing those stuffs and i hope every peeps will never give up and grow with the FC^^..
i know that some peeps need a light/full party sometime and tried to ask in fc chat, but not all of us will look at fc chat while doing our stuffs.. if one's really need a light or full party, i suggest that the peeps can private message to any senpai and check if there are free to help or help the one to make a light or a full party.
Sometime keep shouting n spam in fc chat is not the good idea, but we also have to make new friends by doing duties stuffs together more often. i think you all should know this game is not a solo game, we should tried to communicate with other peeps in fc and reply the kindness after have taken..
Since All Star is quite an old FC and the FC got a lot potential, there is still alot places to implement ideas n works, why not take this chance to do something unique and creative to make an achievement?
I would love to do something new with peeps, but my tight schedule does not permit me to spend so much in ffxiv, and my hand is full by only leading the fc..
Oh ya we have new Fabula Nova peep and Star Angel peep aka our FC officers, which is Miraku and Rrphil ^_^.. All Peeps, please support and dont hesitate to help the new Fabula Nova and our officers =)
Btw, our fc got few plans ahead like making some event and getting new large FC Housing in Ishgard when SE announce it.. So im here and wish that peeps would donate gil to our fc chest so we will continue grow for long run..

9) About ALL★STAR and the founder I believe that every peeps here been a newbie which experience helpless situation on certain time and it is also hard to find or don’t know how to find a community where there is friendly, active players to have fun, enjoy, progress the game together.. too bad to said it but your fc leader also been go through those helpless situation as time goes by..
At the beginning of my game, it is fun too chill around taking screenshots and looking people running around n i poke/ emo them around end up i used 2 months to level my 1st level 50 Bard LOL…. after for sometime i start looking for a FC to join to get more knowledge about the game since i really like it here^^.. well the FC is kinda active as they doin endgame already and farming so i feel great be part of them ..
i don’t know how their community works but since i joined the fc just with the intention to get more knowledge, so i just ask around any questions i got in mind, but rarely i got answer from them.. there is once they help with Garuda, but honestly i got bad experience with them with many factors include my armor(which need Gils) and the way i play(new to garuda) end up being lectured.. Soon later i started to stop engaging with them since they not doing relevant activities to new peeps and soon i felt left out in there..
After that i leave their FC to make a new FC which with the intention to gather new players so we could help each other to play the game and beyond^^. it is not easy to gather up new player as i’m level 50, so i start to make a new character, went in dungeon and search for new players from the first dungeon and beyond.. Monokori and Lethal is the peeps i found in duty and the only members still active in our FC /clap ^^..
After a while, i think it is not easy to look for players to support and play with each other because if we close our self up and not trying to engage with other players by chat/ get to know them/ intro yourself, nobody will know what we thinking and of course soon you will feel left out in a community.. In the early stage, i tend to blame the ex-FC members for being harsh to me in duty but now i think, i also got mistakes by not putting more efforts and time to know them or engage with them.. After that i change my ways, polish my ideas to build All Star FC..
i plan a lot stuffs like FC gathering, gather the peeps up and play emoticon with them, engage with them and soon, we got our first FC house after 4 months where it is more easier for me to gather up peeps and some do activities like games.. i shares my ideas to them that the importance to support, participate, engage, help, friendly to each other as we progress..
We started as a small FC and have our fun and happy days but soon the FC faces problems with peeps end up quitting the game or not online and the FC getting inactive sooner.. well i’m quite sad about it but i can’t do anything about it so i try my hard by looking for new players again with a lot waysss and share my ideas to them again n been repeat for 18 months..(Peeps can check out all out the retired peeps in our member lists which once we have nice time with them..)
Since players will Join = Play = Progress = Support/Fun together but then soon they may inactive or quit.. after for some period i have come to a point which i called it “Cycle of the Community”.. I have tried to share my ideas to every new peeps and think to how to maintain All Star, and unconsciously “All Star Cycle” is formed..
Every peeps may realize that i keep promoting AS to get new peeps so we can keep up with the “All Star Cycle” and by encourage them to engage/talk/participate/know/friendly to each other and not only asking for help in FC's chat..Then in the future they might become your potential game partner in end-game since some peeps may quit the game.. after for sometime with “All Star Cycle”, we have reach 430 peeps++ ^_^.
So again, my conclusion is: we should tried our best by putting more efforts n time to open up our self up by engage/ intro/ chat/ participate/ know/ friendly to each other & not counting they are new or old peeps in our FC and then progress. In the future they might become your potential game partner in the end-game^_^
Thus “All Star Cycle” can keep running and maintain our friendly environment for long run from every level of peeps^_^.. Get to know more about All Star and share with friends too~^_^!! .. take the chance now at fc gathering to know peeps around.. honestly, myself alone can’t many stuffs with my limited time already.. So i really need supports from all peep’s towards our FC's and your Future^_^ Thank you..
