Currently Heavensward is up on GMG but it's region locked, that means if your IP is Malaysia/Singapore etc you won't be able to see it.

"What should I do then?"

No worries! Here's a workaround! Get a UK or Europe VPN, or search ZenMate or HOLA extension if you're on Google Chrome/Firefox (this works for me) and install it! Then you go back to http://www.greenmangaming.com aka GMG and there you go! Heavensward appears!

When you using ZenMate or HOLA, make sure to switch it to EU/UK (if your current FFXIV ARR if EU) and use it to register your GMG account.

if ZenMate cant view the Heavensward even after you change it to EU/UK ID, then use HOLA and verse vice..

Note that EU edition will appear as
"FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward - Collectors Edition"

While NA will appear as
"FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward - Collectors Edition(NA)"

Note 1: If your ARR version is NA, please DO NOT attempt this method, please just proceed to Square Enix NA Store to purchase your Heavensward. What we are doing here, is for the EU version of ARR (UK is EU as well).

Note 2: If you are a returning customer (you bought FFXIV through GMG before), log in and you will received an email with a 25% voucher (some of my friends dint get it, maybe promo expired).

Note 3: If you are new to GMG, stay on a page for awhile there will be a banner pop up that will give you 20% voucher. You can use it to purchase Heavensward.

Note 4: Pay using paypal, they seems cant process with other country's credit card.. so make sure your paypal's email/address/ etc info is 100% same with GMG account ELSE might fail… Use VPN with EU/UK IP to register your ID in GMG.

Note 5: When you proceed to check out n reach payment page to login your paypal, REMEMBER to turn off VPN for your safety..

Lastly it works for me, but i not sure how with other players, so buy it on your own risk^_^

Just an update, apparently the HOLA extension is no longer available on google chrome and for ZenMate, the UK vpn seems to be only available if you upgrade to their premium plan. I bought my heavensward from www.g2play.net as mentioned by Asumie and have successfully redeemed/activated my early access code.
